Shipping Policy

1.) Once order is placed you will receive an order confirmation

2.) When your order has been fulfilled you will receive a second notification on fulfillment status

3.) Finally, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once it has been scanned in by USPS

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order after received online. Orders will ship by USPS once processed. If you order a back-ordered item, it will be indicated when that item ships. Please leave us a note if you want your order to be shipped separate from back-ordered item. Orders placed that are drop shipped directly from the company will follow their shipping terms and will be communicated to you via email. 

 

Any items that arrive damaged or defective NEEDS to be addressed to us through email WITHIN 2 DAYS. 

Please email us a verbal explanation along with a picture of the item damaged.
